I could lose all my data
-
Very useful when attempting to recover data from a dying drive, or a failing thumb drive.
-
Furthermore, connecting to this hub has actually managed to damage one of my drives, nearly losing me all of my most important work data, which I was very lucky to be able to salvage.
-
Maybe the power supply was defective, maybe something else, but, not wanting to risk losing my data and/or the way-more-expensive HDs, I have decided to junk this hub.
-
No data was lost, and it has been stable since
-
In an extreme case, having some drives offline could save them from data loss caused by malware, or buggy software
-
Confidential data on a hard drive is vulnerable to hackers whenever my computer is on, but not if it is on a flash drive that is disconnected (switched off).
-
However a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link
-
Works exactly as you'd hope it would.
-
we use at end users desk as well as for servers.
-
Works as it says it does, a very useful usb hub for usb flash drives and external hard drives, with the added power from the plug in theses no worry of a power drop.
-
All worked as it should .
-
Works exactly as you would expect
-
It works as it should, and I like the on and off buttons for each port.
-
Perfect as my back up USB adaptor.
-
It powers all my peripheral devices and works as if they are ll connected directly to my Macbook.
-
Works as it should and looks like it will last
-
n’t be any problem
