Great little fix for an audio card failure in a laptop...not the best audio quality (nothing bad) but for something this cheap it works as intended and helped me solve a problem.

I'm using it with a moderately priced headset/microphone and the sound quality is good.

This jewel is PERFECT: very small and fits the crowded USB port stack on the back of my computer - next it self-installs in minutes without any thing else - finally it just works: I have not the quality of training or hearing to detect any difference between this and my original "om-board" sound card; the one that is now intermittently "service-not-loaded"" on boot and appears to be ready to fail just like the "on-board" Ethernet card did last year!
