For an ergonomic office chair I prefer the Kensington plastic foot rest Kensington SoleSaver Adjustable Footrest (K56152US) as it has more solid feel and an angle that works well with an office chair, but for my couch this one is more comfortable as it is a cushion that have some give and takes the pressure off my feet and gives my back a rest

I highly recommend the Kensington Solemate adjustable footrest instead, which is what I switched to

I work for a very large company who gives us around $100-150 adjustable footrests and this thing kills the competition
