There is plenty of room in the drawers and the the top shelf is great for keeping frequently used items readily at hand without cluttering up my desk.

Like any such cart, if you fill the top shelf and drawers but leave the lower drawers empty it does have a tendency to tip

Only thing I wish is that the top shelf wasn't open on the sides

All in all it is a good lightweight file-drawer cabinet as long as you don't put too much weight in drawers or on on the top shelf.

I can put a 15" diagonal laptop on the top shelf or in a drawer with room to spare

You can fill each drawer with paper and put a couple of reams of paper on the top shelf, about 50 lbs
