The monitor looks very nice, and the picture is great

I had a 24" monitor and wanted something a little bit bigger and with a better picture.

Right Size, Great Picture

Set at 100% scaling, I see everything natively: pictures and text are razor sharp in all my apps

I haven't bothered to calibrate anything yet, just lowered the brightness quite a bit (monitors always ship set much too high), and the picture still looks better than my 25" Samsung SyncMaster T260 (moved to the PC that was using the LCD that died) or my Alienware OptX AW2310.

For the price tag, I was looking for better picture when viewing small frame video

I'm pretty disappointed because this was such a great monitor with a great picture, and now I can't even return it.

This monitor also has a nice picture in picture mode that lets you say...surf the web on half of your screen, while running a blu-ray movie off of an external device such as a PS4 on the other half

Picture in picture and split screen, I was not happy with that because it was not software controlled and not that easy to set from the menu

That means that when blown up to 2560x1440, there are no interpolation artifacts, which makes the picture look great, as well as the 100% sRGB, which means you can turn on "FULL range RGB" color field for your games, images, etc

The picture is great and you can multitask like a two monitor setup.

If the brightness is set to 100, the picture dies pretty much instantly even on the default Windows 7 background.

The S32850T has better text clarity in Windows, nearly comparable image resolving (which can be brought closer with upscaling), practically zero ghosting, and can run games at native resolution much more effectively

The "worst" of the reviews claimed delta e of 2.0, which is indistinguishable to the eye (though the IPS they compared it to was 0.4).
