1 Star (I hate it!

Transferring large files is very fast• Compact, barely takes up any space on the ports• Big storage size• Sleek design• Lanyard holeCONS:• Can heat up very quickly if transferring a very large file• Not a very good handle to pull out, looks like it might fall off from the connector eventuallyI had to knock off a star because like other reviewers have mentioned, there is a great amount of heat produced after a large file transfer

It loses a star because it's very hard to pull out of the USB drive (in part because of it's small size); there needs to be better grips on it.

Test option: device manager policy - optimized for performanceThis drive is good as advertised, pretty good seq reading speed (~140MB/s)

The write is disappointing at around 20MB/s

With this drive I always get wonderful read speeds (about 130 MB/s) and very reasonable write speeds (30 - 60 MB/s)

The skinny: with large files it copies as fast as 30 MB/s, which is horrible for USB 3 device

On small files the write speed was horrendous, going as slow as 4 MB/s

I am confused as to how a company so large can produce and sell a product without even testing it or engineering it properly

No failures or data loss as of this review.

have used it for about 3 months and so far it works as good as to be expected from such a tiny usb stick
