Fantastic little USB bought for the purpose of discreetly adding more local storage to my Lenovo 100s Chromebook

Awesome USB drive.

We fixed that by using a usb extender and the usb worked like a charm.

this issue is probably isolated to my computer, my guess is my case has a cheap USB controller, but its worth mentioning in case someone else has a similar issue.

They plugged in another USB 3.0 hard drive in the right port and it worked

Good compact USB 3.0 for the price

Tried several known working USB 3.0 results.

This isn't a blazing fast USB flash drive, but it's faster by about 3X than USB 2.0 flash drives I've owned

Having said that i recommend this USB

But non the less it is a very nice usb stick for the price, but if you are a person that is in need of more memory i would look into 64+gb sticks.

It's so small and holds so much, I just love this usb

The write is disappointing at around 20MB/s

With this drive I always get wonderful read speeds (about 130 MB/s) and very reasonable write speeds (30 - 60 MB/s)

The skinny: with large files it copies as fast as 30 MB/s, which is horrible for USB 3 device

On small files the write speed was horrendous, going as slow as 4 MB/s
