Not sure what all the negative reviews are talking about

Not sure why so many peopIe left negative reviews, the picture is great and my video games have never looked better.

, I was a little worried because of the bad reviews, but the screen is fine, nothing broken inside or out, and all the smart features and apps work great, I connected my Q67ct speaker system and synced up fast

Additionally, previous reviews said that the built in app system didn't work well (I thought I might have to plug in my firestick to watch things), but it works great with no issues watching Hulu, Netflix, or Amazon Video.

It seems alot of the bad reviews are about tvs that have been damaged during shipping

I feel bad for those that had issues and gave a bad review but we are very pleased with this purchase.

Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews because every new model of electronics will have issues
