This set delivers great picture quality,and popping dynamic colors

As mentioned, I'm in a relatively dark area of the house, so this TV is PLENTY bright & the colors look amazing - even the darks (the backlighting helps here).

As a 4K UHD, images are vivid, sharp, the colors are rich and vibrant and the resolution is nothing short of dazzling

They went with HDR10 rather than Dolby Vision which is kind of disappointing in 2020, but it still is a fine 4k image

Again, a 240hz 4K TV from Samsung for just under a G, it's really a pretty good buy.

tv is not as good as advertised and its better to buy it from best buy or Costco where they have a price match

This product seemed to be a good value for a large 65 inch TV, promoting high definition picture: however, the picture quality was lacking in clarity, especially for this higher level model.

I bought the product ahead of Sony thinking i would get better value but for a 85inc TV of $3k, its pure low quality

Other than the the picture is beautiful and the smart apps and setup were amazingly easy to use.

Netflix is a popular app in our house, just as it is in most US households

There is no reason to remove one of the most important features (and most costly features) to keep this identical model at the same price-point as the 2019 model

I'd recommend another brand that builds a more reliable product.

The sound is decent, but I'll probably get a sound bar for louder sound and surround.

All the functions are buried in deep complex setup system

I acknowledge, the reason this model did not work out is because I am mainly shopping for a large TV for home theater movie experience in a pitch-dark room

Can't believe the brand could have gone "from Hero to Zero" in so short a span, but that's exactly what happened!The cartoonishly over-enhanced 4K image (with 4K content Only - No Upscale/HDR processing on Standard 1080HD) is obliterated by blinding room lighting reflections off carelessly engineered high gloss display panel surface, and even though the "Day-Glo" color spectrum is bright enough to feel like staring into a laser light, the image looks set back as if it was a bright movie theater screen in the next room viewed through a dark tinted window

It is 55 inches ~ it's big, but not so much as to overwhelm the room it is in!

It seems alot of the bad reviews are about tvs that have been damaged during shipping

Not sure why so many peopIe left negative reviews, the picture is great and my video games have never looked better.

I was a little nervous with the negative reviews from people but my family and I love it

Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews because every new model of electronics will have issues

This time all the hype in the advertising is true which is very rare

Long story short, and going through customer service the whole time, I got sent three replacement TVs, all of which had TERRIBLE clouding when the screen would go dark

No matter how much time I spent calibrating the unit, the distracting white clouds and spotlights were always present, and sometimes even shown through to impact the brightness of the picture of scenes

3 out of the 4 TVs I got had extremely terrible clouding on dark screens, worse than some of the lowest rated tv brands I’ve ever seen

I personally couldn’t stand to watch anything with how bad the clouding was.

The box and styrofoam packing were damaged really bad on one corner

First issue, the Samsung remote wouldn’t paint with an Arris TiVo model DCX900 cable box.

I used to go to the basement to watch TV, now, I don't bother to watch dull video on this one which may be a good thing

They make the picture look good, but create such weird motion (soap opera effect) that video is almost unwatchable

People aren't dumb, and the internet is a powerful place to learn about a product

People are actually hacking their routers to block the ad URLs, with mixed results since this may interfere with app functions

I dont know what these other people are thinking rating it so badly, but some people would moan and complain if you handed them money because they have to take it to the bank
