I don't use the smart features because I have a Fire TV Stick, so I can't comment on those

No smart features available for use outside the U.S. and confusing layout make for a poor experience.

Setup was a pain, particularly since I will use this in an RV, where most of the smart features will be of no use (no internet)

Recently bought a $159 32 in Vizio Smart TV 108O which had a better pic and just as many features

It replaces a 7-year-old Sony TV that didn't have "smart" features

I needed maximum real-estate to fit all my applications, remote desktops, as well as use a chat app that was always in view

This TV absolutely blew my mind, not because of the typical features it offers (most standard TVs offer 4K, HDR, Smart features and apps, etc.), but because of the high FPS simulator that Samsung built into the TV.In a nutshell, you can watch almost literally anything in 60+ FPS

Samsung’s apps and remote are really good and the interface is really easy to use

I am also disappointed fubo isn't available in the smart tv app and that the remote has a fixed slingtv button instead of a programmable button.

All the features work well, all the apps, the ease of operation, Bixbey, Samsung’s Alexa

Whatever mode I select and with countless combinations of adjustments could not get the correct color or clear text display

I like it ,it is nice ,I just have to learn how to work it, nice color, I do not have on cable, and I do not need it for that

Some of the other pros are that it supports 10bit color, and HDR to a limited extent.

The color is dull when hooked up to the monitor

At last a TV that has great Color and Sound , it is not to big or small, and is wonderful in our bedroom

Great product, though picture quality lacks some brightness.

A "smart" product, once sold, should serve the consumer's needs, not Samsung's.

For the price of the TV, I would have expected much better sound

It has incredible excellent sound quality, even beats a 2000 USD TV

I can read small text without my glasses!I don't recommend turning on Game Mode as it lowers picture quality

It has good sound quality and fits nicely on my Scandinavian living room TV cabinet.

The sound quality is garbage, the picture quality is a bit blurry or fuzzy but not crisp

Perfect size for a small room or even a large pc monitor

I can’t speak for gaming but given its 60Hz connection via HDMI, it’s probably not the best display for playing PC games.2

Pulling this set out of the box presented the worst display I have seen on any of my other TVs

The viewing angle: the viewing angle isn’t as great as IPS displays

The display is just great for both for productivity and watching videos

My major complaints are color and text display

It recently developed a 1/3 screen dark bar at the top, that I had to tap on the screen every time I turned it on in order to fix it, so looked into replacing it with a newer TV

I know most people hate glossy screens because of the reflection they create, but there is a minority of people who just can’t go back to a matte display after appreciating the beauty of glossy displays, myself included

Eco Solution mode automatically dims the screen to reduce power consumption and also based on your room's ambient light

Screen broke immediately with very little pressure applied

There are other weird design decisions too

To disallow a center stand is a poor engineering decision by Samsung in my opinion

The tv is fine, but Samsung made some weird (bad) design decisions
