    • I NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM YOU.First, you shipped the defective product, second, it was clear from the Samsung Warranty site that Samsung can honor only 9 months of warranty instead of 1 year, because either it was a used or refurbished product.

    • I still haven’t gotten a check and we replaced the Samsung with a LG UHD 80 series with a direct lit panel and the colors and picture prove the Samsung as an inferior product
