Their support is useless and they think customers are stupid

Considering the horrible customer service, on top of faulty merchandise I highly recommend you steer clear of this 3D-DVD player.

Spent an hour of troubleshooting with Samsung and the worst customer service

Samsung should put a label on it so customers don't confuse the film for scratches and in turn hurt amazon with all of the replacements they have to give out because of this little issue.

Based on experience with other Samsung blu-ray players which died within a year and had the same terrible customer service, I just took advantage of the Oppo 93 pre-release offer and expect to put which ever player Samsung decides to send back on eBay.
