Movies look amazing, the interface is simple and well done, but I'm having some problems and want to see if anyone out there can help me since I just finished tech support call number 5 in the last 15 hours

Tech Support is LESS THAN HELPFUL providing an ETA for said App.

Worked great for six months, of course the warranty is only good for 3 months and according to tech support "Samsung doesn't like to take anything back ever

The tech support told me that they would send me the update on a disk in 2-3

I was told by the tech support I should try to download the firmware onto either a flashdrive or burn it to a CD (both of which had enough space and were empty apart from the .RUF files for the player)

I do also want to state tech-support from [TriDef] and [DDD] has been great for me
