This player does some great things for the price, I was impressed with the Pandora, Netflix and the ability to play movies and music from USB thumb drives

I have yet to encounter a video format that this unit will not play from USB; it's truly a beautiful thing

This thing can take some abuse and still work.

I ordered a roku 3 a few days before I won this thing too

One nice thing about the player is that I can use either my old DVD remote or the TV remote without any set up since they are also Samsung products

This thing is terrible, not only does it not consistently play DVDs, meaning it says it cant read them and you have to turn it off and back on to get it to play, the subtitles automatically come on as well.

My absolute favorite thing is my Samsung tv remote works to control it, eliminates extra batteries and confusion
