This thing is terrible, not only does it not consistently play DVDs, meaning it says it cant read them and you have to turn it off and back on to get it to play, the subtitles automatically come on as well.

However, the DVD player takes several minutes to start up due slow software, even with the latest firmware update

The software is very unresponsive, there is an annoying delay to every key press on the remote, sometimes several seconds long, before the unit reacts or it ignore key presses altogether and you have to press a key several times to get it to react
