The only remedy would be to unplug the unit to reset it and that only worked about 80% of the time

This unit crashed everytime I tried to access files from my computer.

I did not need another WiFi capable unit and this unit fit the bill.

The software is very unresponsive, there is an annoying delay to every key press on the remote, sometimes several seconds long, before the unit reacts or it ignore key presses altogether and you have to press a key several times to get it to react

I would recommend this unit to people who have limits on the space under

the Samsung website claims this unit is compatible with 304 apps, including the one i wanted (medici.tv); this is completely WRONG.

I do notice that the video output is not as good as the unit I replaced, probably because I don't have the Progressive Scan feature set up right

setup was a bit awkward for me, but all in all, a good unit

I highly recommend this unit for all.

If you just want a DVD/BD player thus unit works OK, but if you hope to be able to watch Netflix, look at more expensive units or perhaps get Roku

The remote is way too complicated and the unit is somewhat slow in starting up etc
