This panel performs really well with regard to framerate, tearing and color rendition

The panel is perfect as far as I'm concerned

Quantum Dot technology incrementally improves conventional LCD panels that most of use have used for years

When I pushed back on this, the only answer I could get from them was that "the LED panel failed and that isn't warranty."

So its clearly not something they intend for end users to do, but its the only thing keeping me from returning this awesome panel

Natively this panel looks perfect

Since the LED panel is about 80% of what makes up the item, the rest being an external power supply, a little electronics and the mechanical case, this essentially means there is no warranty on about 80% of the monitor.
