Soooooo, although I shouldn't keep something defective, I'm not going to use that port again, nor am I going to risk an RMA and possibly get dead pixels

Should have stuck with Asus, I've never had an issue with dead pixels

However, the first monitor I received had an obvious dead pixel in the center of the screen

The return process took over 35 days to refund my money and the replacement monitor, while it had a cluster of 4 dead pixels, was not noticeable due to the fantastic pixel density of the monitor

However, after maybe 12 hours, I now have a dead pixel that will not show anything but white

It's a lot better than a dead pixel, so I am going to keep the monitor, but this is ridiculous quality control.

This moniter may be for you, just know you may have a few dead pixels

If I had to suggest a few things, the power cord that comes with this has a weird L-shape making it difficult to use at times, and the stand is a little big for my liking, but those can be swapped out without too much work due to the monitor being VESA compatible and using a standard power port for this type of monitor
