The buttons for Netflix, Prime Video and Hulu are much too sensitive.

Several useless buttons on the remote, they should make these programmable

The two things I would change about the remote are: The buttons do not glow at all if you are watching in dark room

but it has redundant buttons for apps which are easy enough to get to through the guide system.

The remote control is lacking a "source" button, so it will be a lot of clicks to get to HDMI 1

Press the wrong button on the remote

it comes with and has NO number buttons on it, which is an immediate red flag when it comes to judging remote quality

This remote is sleek but with very little physical features, the buttons just blend together.
