With that said, the picture is great, the smart features are great, but the lack of advertised basic voice integration, and basic accessibility features knocks this one down to the point I'm not willing to upgrade the other 3 TVs in my home to Samsung.

A strange bonus feature I was not expecting is it will connect and display everyone's phones without needing to setup wifi or Bluetooth or plug them in.

acceptable sound quality, same frustratingly cryptic remote (still haven't figured out how to make a recording skip forward or back), and one "smart" feature that's as dumb as as a sack of hammers: If you hold the volume control down or up instead of "clicking" it up level by level, an annoying, shrill, high-speed woman's voice comes on, announcing every option you scroll past.

I would highly recommend the 2019 model that I got, the features are excellent picture quality is perfect and paired with my PlayStation
