Can't help wondering what all those updates are for - collecting more user info or what?You can get it to charge fully by pulling out the battery and doing some kind of hard reset, but even then, before the day is over, you will likely need to recharge it

I will note that the phone that I got was T-Mobile unlocked to work

This is absurd!T-mobile (part European company) gives you full power over your phone

To sum up, I give 1-Star to AT&T mobile services concerning how they treat customers with new phone problems

The biggest negative with this phone is actually an At&t issue
