Being waterproof, expandable memory and being able to change the battery were all great features.

I love all the features the phone offers and it is an all around outstanding phone

, this phone has so many user friendly features that my s4 lacked, I did go to the Verizon store to have the phone activated and info imported, you can do this yourself if you read the online directions, but I chose to have a pro do it for me as I am not that tech savvy when it comes to phones

although the low light feature that goes along with the 16-megapixel sensor isn't the best

Expandable memory is always a plus too, it seems like many phone companies dropped that feature for a while, but I had a 64gb sd card for movies and music and extraneous app data that prevented that awful message about phone memory being full

There's signs of wear on it now, chipped chrome on the corners and the port cover.so far it has withstood every drop, although getting the commuter otterbox is recommended as they work well and don't add too much thickness

Also the new battery does not perform nearly as well as my last new s5 and the charger is a knockoff that after one use will not charge the phone.

The volume button was broke a the speaker phone isn't that loud

This phone drives me batsh*t crazy on a regular basis.

My old AT&T number was switched without a problem
