The glass itself has to be broken even though the back opens

The phone, I consider for used, to be in fine shape, all the corners, glass, and back are in great shape, no visible damage, only damage was to the ear piece, just some missing paint

She has dropped it many times (as teenagers are prone to do) witih no case on it and the glass has not so much has scratched

There's signs of wear on it now, chipped chrome on the corners and the port cover.so far it has withstood every drop, although getting the commuter otterbox is recommended as they work well and don't add too much thickness

This phone has little battery life, apps open up even though I have closed them and apps that I have deleted reappear and waste my data

I do enjoy this phone, I really do, but when I got this, I immediately noticed some scuff marks and a barely noticeable hairline crack in the screen, which, it's a referbished model, so I had expected at least something cosmetic to be up, though a few times when the battery life was around 12-14%, it shut off as if it was totally deadWith all this in mind, I am still happy with the product thus far
