Had a bit of a debacle telling it to store items in the SD card instead, but other than that, I love it

It is a bit of a slow charger, and if your are using the tablet with the screen on full brightness, it will drain the battery

Could be a bit faster and sharper

If they put at least 32gb into it, I think the absence of adoptable SD card memory support would have been a bit easier to swallow.

A bit disappointed though since it is much newer than the original iPad she was using and it under performs compared to it.

He is a typical pre-teen boy who can be a bit rough on devices.

Sometimes it moves a tiny bit slow

The phablet I found was too big and awkward to comfortably fit in my pockets, but small enough that reading books or watching tv was a bit uncomfortable on the eyes.

It also would be nice to be able to put like apps in one folder (just a little bit OCD on that one)
