This tablet has a solid build quality but despite the aluminum back it still has a light somewhat cheap feel

So if you're looking for something that will have sharp picture quality, consider the other two before this one

I think it depends on the app, but the overall sound quality could be better

It has been great to use and is solid quality in every way.

But other then that feels like a nice high quality machine at an affordable price

I would have preferred onscreen buttons like Samsung's modern phones.

No instructions, but intuitive if you have a smart phone

The first thing I noticed was that the display wasn't near as vivid as my Samsung Galaxy S8 phone.

This is the fourth Samsung tablet I've purchased, as well as two Samsung phone's.

This was the most cost effective tablet that works with these types of toys

A Samsung Galaxy S7 reads the Sony A77 formatted 128Gb SDHC card fine, and photo transfer works great with OTG (the old A77 does not have WIFI), and Samsung Flow then allows subsequent transfer from the Galaxy S7 phone to the Tab A.The SCHC card is a PNY Elite Performance (95Mb/s) card that is readable on a MacBook Pro and PC with no problems whatsoever (ExFAT).

But if your kids need advanced stuff and you are willing to do the work to secure them these are great.

I'm very pleased with the 1280 x 800 IPS display, and also the protective "silicone" case accessory with the padded "rubber" edges.

There is no case or "jacket" included in the package, so my advice is to immediately purchase a compatible case because this tablet is very slick without any added grip

The screen is great and there are tons of kid-friendly case options here on Amazon (we personally use supcase).

Ability to dynamically resize apps is an unexpectedly useful feature

This Galaxy Tab A 8 inch has better features, very easy to set up, transfers your Google files easily using your Google password, can accept up to a 256 gigabyte Micro SD for additional storage

It's a good size for me as it's easy to read but still fits nicely in my purse.

My favorite features are the 32GB Internal Memory, my old Tab A 8.0 had just 16GB, too small for today's apps etc and the lo get battery life

USB-C charging, 32Gb storage and 2 GB memory is a good buy

The tablet has a great screen and picture, was easily synced to my other Samsung devices, and works great.

Poor screen resolution in such an expensive device is unacceptable.

It is lightweight and has a gorgeous screen with 4M pixels

Her's is a little smaller, but has a crisper display and is more responsive.

It's a workable size, big enough so that the display is readable but small enough to staff in my purse or the pocket in my carry on bag.

I really don't get all the rave reviews, particularly for the ridiculous price.

Good price for the kind of tabelt this is and everything runs smoothly on it.

It was a overall good device & I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

Overall a great device, the option for a MicroSD allows me to sync Plex data easily (I bought a 128gb SD card) and gives it the edge over the other devices on the market without this feature.

I also found this device to be useful when sitting on the couch, and wanting to scroll through work email, personal email, social media, etc.

I have to pay to return a defective product.

The only downside, which says more about the market than the Samsung products, is that the accessories and cases left a lot to be desired to protect something I think is better than overpriced apple products.

I think their might be some other cheaper off brand options, but it seems like a good product.

Most of all, I have passed my exam and am still enjoying the product.

Otherwise, it is just a slow product

I wish they would go back to the wide charger as if my tab gets bumped the carpet etc, it ALWAYS landed on the charging cord end

Love the Tab A for quick trips and is great for the price.

Overall the tab is excellent, but i thought the screen will have more definition, my bad
