    SAMSUNG Galaxy Watch Active 2 (40mm, GPS, Bluetooth) Smart Watch with Advanced Health Monitoring, Fitness Tracking, and Long lasting Battery, Pink Gold (US Version)

    • After sending the watch into Samsung after owning it for 6 months they said there was water damage (could not tell me the tests to conclude this) and said it would be $219 to fix which is the retail cost and refused to honor their warranty so it was sent back
    • Finally a week before warranty expired I had to send back for refund because wouldn’t exchange for exact item
    • And of course my warranty just expired
    • The only thing I get is due to the liquid damage the warranty is now dull.
    • I am confused about why Samsung would fail to honor a warranty, when I used the watch for the purpose it was advertised for!
    • Using the watch in water invalidates the warranty- even though it claimed to be waterproof and able to be used in the pool or shower
    • Sent it in for repair under warranty, but was told it had liquid in it so the warranty was void, very convenient for Samsung
    • They do not honor their warranty!
    • How can the warranty be expired
    • so they don't have to honor their warranty.
    • This water resistant watch is great, and even has a good warranty, how wrong was I. 5 months of use the watch was placed on the charger and went into a reboot that never ended.
    • Sent it to Samsung since it was under warranty only to find out they wouldn’t honor the warranty
    • What good is a warranty if it is not honored?
    • Warranty doesn't cover basic water damage when the watch is supposed to be used for swim workouts!
    • they came back and stood by that the "water damage" invalidated the warranty.
    • My warranty expired on 31 July, 2021
    • And worse, the warranty is NOT being honored
    • Swimming will ruin it and they will no honor the warranty
    • The warranty is trash

    • They emailed me a bill for over $200 and said liquid damage voided my warranty
    • Two days is good time as well as you can save the battery for a few more hours.
    • The watches worked as they should
    • I can log a fake workout - just me sitting on the couch not working out or even moving, and burn the same as I would in the same amount of time during a hard workout
