For example, there's NO WAY to correct the device's date, so I constantly have to go in and fix the EXIF information on time taken (I use EXIF Date Changer by Rellik Software)

One of the best things about the Samsung is that it does stitch the image/videos on your phone IF you have a Samsung compatible device (which I do.)
