The smart apps move smoothly and quickly
-
UI is a little funky and not intuitive.-Samsung support is absolutely atrocious.-Samsung is starting to put on screen ads regardless of what you're using/watching (Apple TV, Smart TV apps, Network Television, etc.
-
The smart apps have just one available browser and that uses a really old version of Flash ( I don't remember which version it
-
Initially the Amazon Prime app wasn't working
-
Regarding the software/apps on the TV: The app I use most frequently is Netflix, but it hasn't worked for me for several days
-
Also several Smart TV apps are not compatible, for example TV Cast
-
Being smart, it's app-compatible and also has many features, including 3D (which I still haven't tried)
-
I hate the apps on this TV
-
4k netflix is very cool, the picture quality is a big improvement over my old TV and the blacks and detail in dark scenes is very niceAlso the smart TV apps work well and are very nice
-
THX has an awesome cell phone app that you can use (best when used when streaming your cell phone to the TV - your phone may or may not be compatible
-
Love the apps
-
The apps are varied and enhance the experience
-
All apps working fine.
-
My wireless apps work fine and I haven't surfed the internet with it yet or hooked up the keyboard with pad or used the 3D
-
2.0/HDCP 2.2 ports and the smart apps will support 4k@60hz/HEVC H.265
-
the 3D....the smart TV apps.....and lets not forget the vendor Discount Computers
-
The only problem I have with this TV is how slow the apps are.
-
The picture is beautiful, but the apps are bad, the UI is bad, and there are missing features
-
Amazing picture and love the new Samsung apps directly through the TV.
-
I just love the apps for this I can go from Netflix to vudu with 1remote, speaking of the
-
All of the smart apps were easy to set up and working just fine
-
The new WebOS interface on LG is really nice, but a lot of good apps are still missing on the LG store (and the most important one for me, Plex, is not on the LG store). So finally I decided to take the HU8550 model
-
the apps are all fast and I can stream 4k on my subpar internet connection
-
has an incredible image, user friendly apps, one remote controls the TV and the Cable box.
-
screen)!!!I hate the 'apps' and all that crap they added but it is easy to just disable the network connection
-
There is no 'quad screen' - only three, with very few options on what you can see (clumsy browser, apps, etc.).
-
My only complaint is the frustrating app tiles which feel clunky
-
This is frustrating because the app would really make this TV fantastic.
-
Obvious their Smart TV apps and options are top of the market
-
As Apple TV, Roku, FireTV and Chromecast have advanced the Smart Hub apps selection is less than mediocre (when I bought is, the HBO app was an exclusive, but that's over now and you can find it all over the place) and frozen in time
-
There are tons of apps you can download on your TV and it gives you quick access to your favorite apps like Hulu, Netflix, & Pandora
-
Plus there just isn't much variety of useful apps available
-
Turn that thing off as fast as you can.
-
Now, it's possible that the 1K looks almost as good as the 4k because of up-conversion Samung is doing.
