    Samsung UN65HU8550 65-Inch 4K Ultra HD 120Hz 3D Smart LED TV (2014 Model)

    • Netflix often does not work, and the Smart Hub has to be reset, losing all the learned information and defeating the purpose of a "smart" tv

    • Smart hub has improved vastly since my 2012 Samsung smart tv ((7000 series?).Limited 4k sources so cannot exploit the full gamut of capabilities.
    • Through sheer will power I was able to muscle my way into TV's settings menu and disable Smart Hub from auto starting and that fixed the issue

    • Updates to Smart hub are superfluous compared to the F9000.Bottom line: Both TVs are spectacular and as soon as you get new one connect boxes, they will be the same.

    • It will turn on and show a blank backlit screen, but nothing displays - no menu, no smart hub, no TV, no video, nothing.

    • I need to unplug it once a month for a couple of minutes to restart smart hub as it stops working if you fast forward too much on amazonTV or Netflix.
