The 2nd one I received had 2 cracks dead center of the screen

images looked great even the 1080p from my cable box, problem 1 but as soon as you leave the sweet spot (center of the tv) the picture loses contrast and it looks washed out

Image quality falls off as you move away from dead-center viewing.

I had this TV, and promptly returned it because unless you were dead-center, the TV would lose saturation and become whitish

Additionally, the NetFlix logo was its standard red when you were dead-center, but orange when you were even nominally off to the side

n’t understand, I would appreciate their input.
