It was pretty easy to setup and the picture looks great (color, motion, etc.).
Why did I buy a 4K tv, more resolution means more pixels, more pixels means more definition and more importantly more color, more color means deeper vibrant colors
The picture is so aweome, its like having them in the room and the color's are so vibrant.
The colors are so vivid and the pixels so dense that the images almost seem 3D.
The nicest colors, and picture, and it takes 4K @ 4:4:4 @ 60Hz without issue
The smart remote is small and easy to use, the pointer is a cool
The included smart remote is pretty cool, and the "pointer" motion control function is pretty cool
The picture is fantastic, the TV is really nice to use, I like the remote and the Smart TV hub, and I even like the little box with all the HDMI inputs etc, as it's much easier to reach than the back of the TV
No bleed, no dead pixels, Smart remote takes a bit to get use too
I thought I must have dropped and broken the remote, but then I tried another
To make a long story short I knew right away that I had a bad set.
Awesome set, picture looks great from any angle and the clarity has to been seen to be believed.
I later found out that the problematic sets were marked with a green dot on the box, and the improved sets had a black dot, so be warned if you get one with a green dot, don't waste your time, wait for a for a new shipment,
This set is awesome needs some setting adjustments but after that simply awesome picture and 3d works just as good!!!
The old set was excellent - still works great - I just wanted to upgrade to new technology
A couple of tips for you, in case you buy this TV: Turn off ECO (economy) mode for screen dimming as it doesn't work well and be annoying at
The picture quality is absolutely stunning and the upconverting to 4K is seamless.
I'm giving this three stars because the picture quality on this TV is stunning
It has its own problems (unpolished Android OS with many app issues), but the blacks are better and more uniform; the image doesn’t degrade nearly as bad off-center similar to the old Sharp
The TV is very sharp and the picture quality is just amazing
The Samsung app does not work on my Samsung Note 5, that was pretty disappointing
Even with Samsung's Smart TV apps, it's still easier to just use your phone in my opinion
The smart apps that can be downloaded are easy to find, use, and run smoothly on the TV.
Occasionally, after properly exiting the apps and SmartHub, the TV displays "Mode Not Supported" and turning the TV off and back on is the only solution for this issue as well
This is just a quick little note to let everyone know what I just recently discovered regarding the wifi problems, updates and limited apps.
The flat sceen is nice since it does not have the funhouse mirror effect liked the curved did, but we dim the lights when we watch a movie, so the curved screen did not bother me.
Solid black in color, you can't see a thing in the dark, no back lighting, you better not like watching it in bed!
Samsung redesigned it to be smaller and lighter, but I really miss the "light up" feature of their remotes.
" 3D 4KTVs (2015 models) cost $2500+ at this time, and this 60" model was $1699 on sale!)*Excellent 4K picture, great contrast in a well-lit room, OK contrast in a dark room (for an LCD)

I should probably rate it 1 star considering the flaw, but the TV was just so good in every other way - if you're not a "cord cutter", or if you don't use Netflix, then the TV may still be right for you
Absolutely love this TV.Only four stars because I just can't seem to get it to communicate with my mobile devices

So I made my way to a retailer picked one up and performed the update and boom the TV started to work as I was used, BUT their was like less than 10 apps available, such as Amazon Prime and Hulu, NO Netflix or HBO Go (eventually a month later Netflix became available). The launch of
I mostly knocked off a star because the remote is frustrating
This is just a quick little note to let everyone know what I just recently discovered regarding the wifi problems, updates and limited apps.
the price while not cheap was very reasonable for this TV, the delivery service was great, on time, no problems, and set up where I wanted it...quite frankly best TV I have ever owned...
images looked great even the 1080p from my cable box, problem 1 but as soon as you leave the sweet spot (center of the tv) the picture loses contrast and it looks washed out
The problem is so pervasive that when you call Amazon, they can transfer you right away to Samsung.
Motion blur and judder is a problem with this tv.judder crosstalk in 3d
I do not have cable or satellite, so my video remarks are based on over-the-air TV, local media via DLNA, and 4K video from the Samsung UHD USB hard drive
Especially if you have an external hard drive to connect
the 3-D is easy and convenient but for a $2500 television to get seven months service out of it ,,
Lesson learned: don't plug anything other than a hard drive into it
Attractive TV that has more features than I'll ever use (like 3-D)
Additionally, the NetFlix logo was its standard red when you were dead-center, but orange when you were even nominally off to the side
I had this TV, and promptly returned it because unless you were dead-center, the TV would lose saturation and become whitish
Image quality falls off as you move away from dead-center viewing.
n’t understand, I would appreciate their input.

Pros:- Minimal input lag is good for gaming.- Great Wii style remote.-
The bottom line as of today in the middle of 2015 is that there is no single good 4K TV suitable for being *simultaneously* a 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 chroma PC monitor + 20-30ms input lag at 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 chroma gaming display + 4K TV

Sony does but it does not work as a 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 chroma PC monitor and has larger input lag

You should visit the Samsung web site and confirm inputs if you want composite or component in addition to HDMI.For some people this box might be ideal because you don't need access to the back of the TV to make a connection.
The one-connect mini box that is required to be used on the back of the TV for all HDMI connections was failing since the first day
I still prefer my Roku box and user interface.
No way to plug even 1 HDMI port without the cheap box.
My only complaint is the small box that's tethered to the TV with the priority cable
Got my set home, assembled the base and somehow managed to manhandle that dude alone, and let me tell you, two people is way easier.
Of course I would have liked to have been able to pay less, but you have to read the feedback on all online stores and beware of the really cheap sites, I found a lot of unhappy people's reviews on those sites
People had previously quoted other issues with apps and TV switching off but whether the firmware has been upgraded or something else, I have had no trace of anything like that
guess I need to get used to it and accept the death of plasma, but it's just sad people are so misguided that they prefer LCD.
many people complain that modern, HD, LED TV's produce a washed-out picture, making for viewing qualities similar to 1980-90's television soaps.
