Samsung support isn't very responsive and they have yet to provide a solution to any of the issues I'm having

The TV is great but only giving 4 stars because of poor customer support.

It comes with possibly the most incompetent tech support in the electronics world as well, perhaps even worse than Netgear

These could all be unique to me and my TV, but after hours of wasted time with bad very bad support I have given up the fight

They do not take their customer seriously and I have been on chats and phone calls and the technical support is clueless

Samsung's technical support was an absolute embarrassment.

Samsung technical support was worthless; when they called, they suggested I "unplug everything other than power from the TV and try to turn it on".
