    Samsung UN75JU7100 75-Inch 4K Ultra HD 3D Smart LED TV (2015 Model)

    • The remote takes some learning, but I like the fact that there are few buttons to try and find when the room is dark, most of the buttons are now virtual appearing on the TV.Unfortunately the apps in the Smart Hub are not as smart as I would like.
    • you are willing to spend an hour of life every few weeks debugging the smart hub with tech support 2.
    • However I miss the old Smart Hub, however it will likely get better over time, but it's a waiting
    • Some things that could be better: I don't like how the smart hub pops up when I turn on the tv because it blocks my content for a good 5-10 seconds
    • I must say the setting the TV up was a breeze but when you click the smart hub button there is no APP
    • So then I called technical support thinking maybe they can do a reset and the smart hub would start working again
    • I tried to plug my PX3 headset into that and the TV kept cycling power when I went into the smart hub
    • It goes to a black screen every 1 to 2 minutes then back, none of the smart hub apps work without crashing, the sound cuts in and out, the menus don't respond correctly, and Samsung says so sorry no warranty so pay for a repair
    • this TV.I have had:The mainboard replacedThe display replaceThe power supply replacedAND the Smart Hub now doesn't work - it gets stuck on "Terms and Conditions" page.
    • While there are lots of apps on the smart hub, getting to them is cumbersome.
    • No complaints, no issues connecting to our wifi, Smart Hub has been perfect, etc.
    • However I miss the old Smart Hub, however it will likely get better over time, but it's a waiting
    • as long as there is no solid black or gray.- Hub is very convenient
    • okay, I'm currently waiting for PLEX to be released and as well as HBO go, the most ironic thing is they advertise in Smart Hub to download HBO Go to watch Game of Thrones
    • Are willing to reset the smart hub and re-enter in all you names and credentials with amazon, netflix, vudu, and other smart apps every month (the more apps you have the more painful this becomes)3.) are willing to buy a Roku to simply bypass the super crappy unstable Smarthub software
    • Tonight we hang the tv back up and start back from day one with the smart hub and its stuck at terms and conditions screen
    • Cons-The smart hub,
    • The smart hub is pretty handy and our Netflix, online movies stream faster compared to using our 3 year old BR player
    • The smart hub is pretty handy and our Netflix, online movies stream faster compared to using our 3 year old BR player
    • 4 stars because the apps on the Smart Hub fail at times and I have to resort to using Chromecast
    • The quality of the picture is good, however Samsung's Smart Hub implementation and philosophy to what is appropriate is beyond deplorable.
    • The picture is fantastic, the TV is really nice to use, I like the remote and the Smart TV hub, and I even like the little box with all the HDMI inputs etc, as it's much easier to reach than the back of the TV
    • I still use my logitech harmony one remote for most things since I have a receiver, but when browsing samsung menus or the smart hub I'll switch the smart remote
    • Cons-The smart hub,
    • I only use the samsung remote for the smart hub
    • The saving grace is that I can stream some shows using the Smart Hub apps for Hulu, Netflix, etc, but with the failed one-connect, I have to use the TVs speakers for sound.
