SanDisk Ultra 128GB Dual Drive USB Type-C (SDDDC2-128G-G46)

    • Not good at all for today's computing speeds
    • It will start transferring them at a decent speed ~ 10
    • Also, the speeds are very lousy and inconsistent.
    • is because the Write speed is DOG SLOW
    • Testing it against a Lexar (regular USB) even through a USB-C to USB converter gave me fantastic write speeds
    • I use this for working on files at school, and the speed has not yet been an issue for student use
    • Maximum speed is nice, but sustained speed over a long write is the real test of how fast a drive is
    • I can simply dump a file back and forth and the SanDisk re-writes the file in a neutral code at a good speed depending on file size and I can upload whatever I need to wherever
    • Great speeds for file transfers
    • Great speeds and amazing storage capacity.
    • Transfers at a decent high speed
    • Slow transfer speeds, much less then advertised
    • The overall build quality a little rough around the edges and it feels rather cheap but the speeds are nice and fast
    • I can retract one end of the USB-C (Macbook port) and use the thumb switch to extend the normal USB side (Windows, everything else, etc).Write speed is also very fast
    • Decent write speeds with great ergonomics
    • Mainly the speed is awful.
    • As others stated, the writing speed is somewhat slow but anyway an awesome and reliable device
    • Maybe I missed the Write Speed in their description
    • and it has very fast transfer speeds
    • Speed is good.
    • Good Read/Write speeds, very small, but a little pricey for only a 64gb model.
    • Thumb drives tend to be used to write and rewrite, while read speeds are important, so equally are write speeds for many customers
    • Looking for a flash drive with USB-A and USB-C, with good speed and this is just perfect
    • The write speeds were like less than 1mb/second
    • The reality is that the write speed on this product are extremely slower, the write speed is only about 10 - 15% of the read speed... and that's with the best connection and no data bottlenecks.
    • Good style and speed
    • The speed is fine.
    • (it's light as a feather, I recommend getting a lanyard), and reasonable storage and speed
    • Took off stars for the HORRENDOUSLY slow write speeds.
    • The speed is horrible
    • The drive is great, the speed is also good and the drive is sturdy
    • When files are already on it, it reads them with great speeds (150MBps)
    • As an engineering major, I needed fast transfer speeds to move around files from NX10, AutoCAD, Solid works, etc, and this flash drive gets the job done.
    • Super slow write speed.
    • Just want to mirror what everyone else here has already said... good capacity, fair price, decent read speed, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE WRITE SPEEDS
    • The speed of read and writes for the price is just perfect for my needs.
    • The size is pleasant with impressive capacity and speed
    • Seems to transfer at a fair speed, mind you I am coming from a micro USB variant,
    • The speed on the new MBP touch is amazing.
    • The only time you get USB 3.1 speeds is reading, which it excels at, but to be able to read something from it in the first place, you first have to write onto it at incredibly slow speeds
    • Using dinky computers i use the USB-A. Thank goodness for USB-C devices though, speeds are great for transfers using this
    • big capacity, write speed slow but acceptable
    • Good read speed but disappointingly slow write speed compared to Adate ue700 for instance
    • Returned it do to slow file transfer speeds
    • Fast read speeds, slow write speeds
    • Storage size awesome, transfer speed great!!
    • The drive works however the write speed is terrible.
    • The speeds, as far as I've noticed, have been very fast
    • It's nice to have both connectors, but the its overall terrible speeds (mostly write) are garbage.
    • Very slow write speeds
    • Good read speeds, but fairly lackluster write performance while it worked
    • the random write speed is 70MB/s+, and the consistent write speed you will be getting when transfering large files is 35-22MB/s
    • The drive works however the write speed is terrible.
    • The speed is very good
    • The drive is of good build quality and works as expected with great speeds!
    • Good read speed but disappointingly slow write speed compared to Adate ue700 for instance
    • But the write speeds are slow AF.
    • Bold lies from a company that strangely actually makes an extremely fast transferring USB3.0 drive (sanDisk Extreme) that peaks at almost 200MB/s, yet this newer drive, with USBC can't even break 10MB/s.
    • The read performance of this flash drive is perfect for on drive activity and receives an even better than 150MB/s reading at all times
