Even with your finger on the toggle switch, it's almost impossible to get the USB-C plug far enough into a port for your device to read the drive

fast transfers and great feature for a MacBook pro or any strict USB type c device but the flash drive becomes really hot in only a few minutes, will this eventually lead to data loss I really cant tell.

Love the usb-a plus usb-c feature.

Throughput is what I expect from a modern USB 3.0/3.1 storage device

For this drive to write over two times slower than a cheap USB 3.0 flash drive is insane

I got this flash drive specifically because it had USB 3.1 capabilities and would be fast for transferring large files

I tried the USB-A side through a USB-A to USB-C adapter and it worked

SanDisk continues to make the best USB drives out there.

Doesn't work with phone, so the usb-c side is useless.

There are also limits built into the slider so either USB-3, or USB-C can be clicked into place without having the connector bumped back in when you're pluging it into a port.

Yet to see if USB 3.1 performs any better

This USB has work great for me every time I use it

I like the fact I can use the newer USB C with my Mac Book Pro along with the traditional connection for other applications.

For the most part it's a good usb, great for the price I got it but two stars less because I can't stand the fact that the switch is off centered

But if you want a fast USB drive for a PC I'd recommend you look elsewhere.

Good capacity for the price & convenient interchangeable USB C & 3.0, however product gets WAY too hot while using.

The slide operation works very well, and it's certainly the best USB-C drive I've ever found.

Having both USB-C and USB is very convenient as I have to transfer files from school which uses USB and my Dell XPS 13 which has USB-C ports

This is very versatile and useful usb drive

Fast and works great with my new MacBookPro (USB-C) and all older USB ports as well.

And to top it off it is just a USB to micro SD card reader.

USB C is also a bonus :-)

Using dinky computers i use the USB-A. Thank goodness for USB-C devices though, speeds are great for transfers using this

I bought the Dual USB drive last year on October 10th, 2017, and one year later and 15 days on October 25th, 2018 the USB C side has stopped working altogether while the USB A side is still functional

and I needed something that worked with both USB for legacy devices and C for the most modern ones lacking old school USB ports

actually USB 3.0!The flash drive also gets EXTREMELY hot to the touch while in use.

Bold lies from a company that strangely actually makes an extremely fast transferring USB3.0 drive (sanDisk Extreme) that peaks at almost 200MB/s, yet this newer drive, with USBC can't even break 10MB/s.

The read performance of this flash drive is perfect for on drive activity and receives an even better than 150MB/s reading at all times
