I love the water measurement reservoir feature

Overall it has many good features including; minimal counter space good simple manual, easy and separate "pod" and ground coffee features

It has features that aren’t found on Keurig...like a special basket for using ground coffee if you want, tall enough to accommodate travel mugs, being able to make a small cup of coffee or a large cup, and a unique cleaning feature.

My husband loves the K cup feature since he can brew a cup in a couple of minutes

I attempted the cleaning feature and it appears the water is clogged
