did not like the water fill,lid should open the other way.

Seems like the lid is very flimsy and doesn't have any locking mechanism.

The coffee seems weak, even when using 3 Tbsp of coffee, when using the ground coffee holder with top lid.

Product looks great but when the water heats up, water spews from the water fill lid on the backside.

As a small single Serve coffee maker in my opinion is better than Kurig l have had in past lasted less than a year using 2 times a day with treated water and regular cleaning this unit also gets much hotter giving coffee a better taste

I use a #2 paper filter with my ground coffee and make it just as strong as I like it.
