I contacted the Sboly company, explained that my machine had stopped working, and they and offered me my choice of a full refund or a replacement machine.

Once they send me the correct replacement part for the Kcup holder the machine works great and I am very happy with it.

I found that running 12oz of water through first will warm my cup and the machine, then empty that out and start over with fresh water.

This machine is great for the price, the temperature of the coffee is perfect for adding creamer and still enjoying a hot cup of coffee

The worst part is that no matter how sparingly I try to go with the grounds, they inevitably end up ALL OVER the inside of the machine, in the coffee and on the cup itself, as well as on the counter
