It's a great little machine with versatility since I prefer ground coffee over pods, but like having both options.

On average, takes over 4 minutes for a cup of coffee so not a great option if you are in a rush to get out the door

Cleaning is very easy with how the basket pulls right out of the machine leaving only a small funnel to wipe down inside (if necessary)I haven't used it with k-cups yet but the option is great to have when entertaining guests to speed things up and offer a variety.

It seems like it is a concept (a single machine that offers both k-cup and regular ground coffee brewing options), that a coffee machine engineering/designing company should be able to create a suitable option for, but this is not the product that does that

If you like a stronger brew, the grounds are a better option, and like any coffee machine, you may need to work with the water-to-grounds ratio to get it just the way you like it.

I use a #2 paper filter with my ground coffee and make it just as strong as I like it.
