I regret the time I wasted in assembling and disassembling the machine, and in dealing with customer service

Took the time to lay pieces out and put the 411 together solo

I struggled to do 10 minutes on the easiest setting the first time I used

I took some time to get it assembled, but no problems with the directions etc

Not worth my time!So in short, the machine is excellent but, if you want the whole experience, purchase norditrack, or bowflex.
