when i opened it, it was not a new product and it had scratches all over underneath the film and the burning smell was so toxic.

When I plugged it in, it began to heat up VERY fast to the point where it started smoking and started to make a burning smell

After I was done I left the machine on a couple minutes and walked away into the next room and smelled a burning smell and went back into my office and shut off the machine.

The first one I bought didn't work and 3M was so helpful to quickly get a replacement to me
