This is exactly what it purports to be -- an excellent packing tape (always had great results with Scotch brand tape and adhesives) which can tear by hand rather than needing scissors, teeth, or a dispenser.

The only things that I could find fault with is that the roll is a little small, which makes it easy to lose especially as there is no large dispenser to hold it, and that it's expensive for how little you get
