Seagate Wireless Plus 2TB Portable Hard Drive with Built-in WiFi (STCV2000100)

    • This is a great product, sleek design, very luxurious looking
    • This device is just too poorly designed to have been released to consumers.
    • The app is very sensitive and crashes if you click twice, and it's not a very intuitive design
    • The only way to use the wireless is to disconnect the internet, the interface that you get is through an the Seagate Media app that seems like it was designed in the 1990s, you can download photo files but can only access them in the Seagate Media App browser - not Photoshop
    • The interface is very poorly designed, the icon are mostly stuck on large pointless pictures
    • I unplugged the drive and when I went to plug it back in the drive does not show up in either Mac OS X or Windows 8.1.This is a bad design and should have been fixed before putting this drive on the market.
    • Very bad design
    • " - in other words, they consider that when the $20 Lion battery dies, then your $200 device is dead - so 1 star for poor product design.
    • What does that even signify – bad design or a bug
    • Compact size, Mac compatible, satisfaying speed, good design, reasonable price!
    • Simply stupid design.
    • Poor design
    • Summary: good hard drive, very poorly designed interface, plug-n-play initial use.
    • Wasn't able to get this working all the time, terrible design
    • know if that is a by-design feature or an oversight; none-the-less you can’t copy or file manage your content and have the unit stream media at the same time
    • While the SWP is fantastic for storing and playing back .mp4 and .m4v files, I find it hard to rate it more than 3 stars given the slow wireless download speeds, poorly-designed app and bad photo-viewing experience
    • It's just difficult to use and unnecessarily bad design
    • Was awesome used it all through deployment added stuff as I
    • Since 1TB is a whole lot of data to lose I wouldn't even chance it
    • When 3G or 4G is good just relay the Seagate Wireless Disk through the hotspot on the phone and you have a seamless connection to the Internet.
