This is a great product, sleek design, very luxurious looking

This device is just too poorly designed to have been released to consumers.

The app is very sensitive and crashes if you click twice, and it's not a very intuitive design

The only way to use the wireless is to disconnect the internet, the interface that you get is through an the Seagate Media app that seems like it was designed in the 1990s, you can download photo files but can only access them in the Seagate Media App browser - not Photoshop

I unplugged the drive and when I went to plug it back in the drive does not show up in either Mac OS X or Windows 8.1.This is a bad design and should have been fixed before putting this drive on the market.

When 3G or 4G is good just relay the Seagate Wireless Disk through the hotspot on the phone and you have a seamless connection to the Internet.
