If you find that you've added a thumbnail-less file and want to fix that, the best way I've found is to deliberately delete the file from the device, then upload the new, thumbnailed

I wanted to add audio book tracks, but it has a crazy way of ordering them that ignores leading zeros so track 10-01 ends up coming before track 01-01
