The round ball is hard to get back in placeThere are 2 light reflectors one red and one green

I broke the ball that contains the electrical wires as soon as I attempted to move the resting plate and as I soon discovered, you really don't need to remove the unit at all

Rotating feature very useful but be careful when removing rotating ball from base (I accidentally broke off a small plastic piece from the base).

When trying to put it back together, the ball cracked in half with very little pressure

The whole thing is creaky and weak feeling and the buttons feel like they are just as likely to break as they are to work

Trying to clean it thoroughly but also gently enough as to not get any water inside and damage the electronics.
