I have restarted the device, modem and router, reset the device to factory settings, did a factory reset of the device, re-installed the app, and removed any possible signal interference from nearby devices, and nothing works

Oh well if they actually designed it themselves instead of stealing the work of someone else, at least it's just garbage that doesn't work instead of stolen garbage they couldn't even copy correctly

Unfortunately, 3 days in she realized there was a camera as she spotted the VERY noticeable red LED which only comes on with the IR/nightvision; I had turned it on Auto light-detection while away, not realizing that it showed a visible LED (I work in a field where IR is used; I'm familiar with items that show no light visible to the human eye so cannot fathom why a SURVEILLANCE camera would have this)!Here's my feedback

They refunded my money no questions asked, and the other camera is still working so credit for good customer service.

There is a slight delay (when it did work) which is expected, the overall clarity for a 720p is typical, nothing spectacular
