On a positive note--the headsets work!!

If you're looking for a great headset to communicate to others and listen to music, look no further.

This is a good well built headset for everyday and occasional riding

Overall, this headset made our trip much more enjoyable and safer

The settings can be tricky to figure out, but the headset is amazing

So I highly recommend the Sena headsets.

Second When synced to my wife's headset and listening to music the headset looses connection to my Iphone (and my wife's Iphone 5) the music plays in like 1-2 sec bursts
