I felt I had to add to this review because today I tested a pair of Sony MDR-XB500 40mm XB Diaphragm Driver Extra Bass Headphones and although the bass was stronger, it was very muddy and dampened the mids and highs -- and they cost almost twice as much

I much prefer the 202 to the bass-exaggerated, unnatural and over-rated 212pro

Highs are rolled off, and mids are lost in the sonic distortion caused by the overwhelming bass frequencies

They are so comfortable and lightweight, they are foldable, and most importantly, they have a very detailed high end along with a nice, strong, tight bass; overall, a incredibly comfortable fit and pleasant, balanced sound that won't give you a headache even after hours of listening.
