It's not the smoothest phones in the world, but its shortcomings (a bit dry and inability to retrieve full details) are forgivable and it could let you forget hi-fi and dive into musical nirvana.
-
The only negative is that it is a bit snug and pinches if you wear glasses.
-
a bit CLEARER & CRISPER SOUNDING, Provide BETTER BASS, are ALOT LIGHTER WEIGHT/MORE COMFY plus
-
It feels a little uncomfortable after prolonged usage, my ears began to hurt a little bit, but after couple of minutes of rest, it becomes OK to put them back on
-
I find the bass strong but a bit muddy on these headphones.
-
Sennheiser headphones, in general, focus more on detail, while Sony headphones are a bit more "hot" and have more bass and treble, but exagerate a bit
-
My head is small and I still find it a bit tight and it surely hurts the ears
-
so my ears are "loose" inside and they don't hurt after long use, but those are much bigger than the 202's), so after about an hour my ears start to hurt a bit, especially with glasses, because the fit is so tight (but I do have a wide head).
-
First, and more significantly, the phones are a bit too warm on my ears - not to the point of serious discomfort, but just below.
-
Well, I got these, and do not regret my purchase one bit
-
The wire disconnected about 1mm below the protective bend resistant stub, the wires were a bit difficult to repair, but I was able to re-solder it back together
-
Sound is a bit muddy (lacks the really sharp definition I had on my Bose), but fine for casual listening.
-
So its a bit tough to listen to music lying down
-
If they only were a little bit more comfortable.
-
I'm not an audiophile, but I listen to a fair bit of music while doing homework and the like, and these suited my needs perfectly
-
The balance between bass and treble was very good, although if you really like loud thumping base, you may be a bit dissappointed

They are a bit uncomfortable as they do not fully fit over the ears.
-
At frist, I was a bit skeptical, because the price wasn't at all expensive
-
In all respects, these were 'just average', a bit heavy and 'warm', but well worth the money at first

A bit bulky, but I knew what I was ordering.
-
fit comfortable, lightweight, at first a bit muddy sounding... but after break in, noticed that the overall quality of the product is very good considering the price

The only drawback for me is that my small ears are a bit uncomfortable after prolonged use.
-
Yes, after long periods of time, the pressure does bother my ears a bit from pushing against my ears/head, but I just move them a little and it relieves it
-
At first I was a bit skeptical on purchasing these headphones, but I was not dissatisfied
-
The earbuds don't fit in their ears very well, and the over-ear headphones help block out airplane noise a bit
-
For one, they isolate the sound a bit, so if you use these in noisy environments they'll make your listening experience a bit more pleasant
-
Sennheiser headphones, in general, focus more on detail, while Sony headphones are a bit more "hot" and have more bass and treble, but exagerate a bit

E2c in-ear headphones, which also deliver excellent sound isolation (though they are a bit more expensive than these Sennheisers).
-
They will pinch your ears just a bit if you wear them really tight, but otherwise they are very comfortable
-
The one thing that I can say is that if my ears were ANY bigger then these would be a bit uncomfortable
-
The treble and base seem imbalanced, a bit too much base but otherwise awesome headphones in the price range
-
The HD 202 is much more limited in both low and high frequency ranges, while the mid bass range sounds a bit too loud to my ears.
-
* Update, 2008: After getting new glasses with stiffer temple pieces, I did find that these headphones became a bit uncomfortable after a while.
-
They do get a bit uncomfortable if it is warm, but you quickly get used to it
-
When I first put on the phones, they were a bit uncomfortable
-
It does lean a good bit toward the bass end (and I wished it didn't, but that's the way it is)
-
These have a bit too much bass to the point of exaggeration so the mids and highs lack a lot
-
So if you do have a large head they might be a bit uncomfortable, I think with some adjusting you could still use them
-
Perfect fit for my head, been wearing it for more than 2 hrs and it didn't hurt a bit
-
They look pretty and sound pretty, but just a little bit of a push and they'll die
-
But it is good to have a cheap decent headphone rolling around.==After using for a month, headphone is a bit more comfortable
-
great sound, just a bit uncomfortable on the ears after a while

Getting to the main point, these headphones are super ass comfortable or just a little bit worse than beat studios
-
My only complaint..they are a bit tight on my ears and I wear glasses so a bit of discomfort for me until I get them sitting perfectly, but I still gave them a 5
-
The cord on these things is extremely long and they tend to get tangled up a bit.
