    Sennheiser HD 380 PRO Headphones

    • If I want to really enjoy music at an average volume or higher, it will be a disturbance.
    • GOOD if you're listening to modern contemporary music, like pop, dance, EDM, and possibly some poppier rock.
    • In my opinion this HF drop from 10kHz to 20kHz masks low bit rate mp3 artifacts, but it also makes acoustic or classical music sound unnatural
    • I just enjoy music, and this is my first $100+ headphone
    • I will need to play CD-quality or better music through them to truly finalize this review.
    • Music from classical, to rock/alternative, to jazz to easy listening all sound great
    • You can wear these for hours on end and forget you have them on, just enjoying the music
    • Music even sounds great as long as you don't expect rattle your head bass
    • I don't listen to hard rock music tho just occasionally classic music
    • Right now I still have not listened to enough pure music sources to give my ultimate rating on their sound quality, but they are making the best of at least the highest bitrates of music that I find online.
    • I am a humble music lover and no audiophile equipment expert but these headphones are quite a good solid set
    • I'm not an audiophile, so I don't know all the technical jargon for describing these headphones, but they do make all my music sound good
    • The music is crystal clear and the full ear covering does an excellent job of blocking outside noise.
    • These headphones provide more-than adequate bass and sub-bass which makes hip-hop and electronic/dubstep music sound great.
    • For this reason, some people will think that their music will sound dull
    • Bang for the buck, well worth the price for a nice music sound range
    • I do some voice-over work, so I wanted something that would isolate noise, feel comfortable for hours of wear, give good music playback, and sound natural when I'm editing spoken audio
    • The Sony's are less expensive and put much clearer and brighter music in your ears.
    • The 10 feet cord allows you to move around while you listen to your favorite music; you must get the 10 feet cord or you will regret it later.
    • All my music sounds amazing, whether it be rock, metal, classical, or anything else
    • I don't listen to hard rock music tho just occasionally classic music
    • It was OK with some popular music, but totally bad for classical.
    • They will not flatter badly produced recordings so beware because most modern music is not mixed and recorded well
    • Over all if you love your music
    • Sennheiser is the best headphones to hear good music, I have always used this brand and I never have to complain about them, are the best.
    • Be forewarned that if you like your music accented with extra bass or extra brightness, these may not be the headphones for you
    • Second, I noticed that in some of my favorite music, I was hearing an unsettling amount of distortion at higher volumes.
    • I love music and tend to enjoy the idea of hearing every detail of a song
    • You could damage your hearing by enjoying your music too much
    • Most descriptions focus on how well you hear music.
    • I'm not an audiophile, yet, but I am a musician (jazz pianist) so listening music is very very important to me and also my favourite hobby as well
    • In use on a plane, you will hear surrounding noise, BUT you will also hear excellent quality music, which is why a portable headphone amp would assist in a circumstance like this.
    • Once I turn on music, it's generally fine, unless the music is fairly quiet.
    • , you won't regret it!Test music I used:Concerning Hobbits - The Lord Of The Rings
    • I'm no sound expert, like some reviewers who really know their audio, but I do love my music, and if you're looking for something affordable, portable, noise-blocking, without sound bleed for those around you, and that sound amazing, then look no further than the Sennheiser HD 380
    • My disclaimer here as far as the recorded music I personally listen to (and play back in my live venue) is that I am in the process of replacing my aging MP3 collection with FLAC files, so if you like to listen to 192Kkz MP3 or AAC files you'll hate these headphones - they will faithfully reproduce every artifact, harmonic dissonance and dynamic watering down of your crappy music collection
    • It's hard to imagine that very low volume, like listening to soft music in bed, would contribute to the burn-in time.
    • I'm listening to my favorite music; from decades old songs to new releases
    • If you like to loud music at work, this will be perfect
    • Music sounds great and my voice comes through clearly
    • I wish Sennheiser’s would fix that issue
    • All in all this cans are very sturdy - AND VERY LIGHT - and this again compare to any of the cans i mentioned above - again if it would not be for strong clamping power i would keep them as spare headphones for my Shure 1540 - also Senheiser HD 380 Pro is good as portable - i like the cord and that this cans can be folded and very nice travel case
